Our travels around Arizona were only the beginning of an extensive western tour in which Deanna and I traveled over 9000 miles. We went to Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and South Dakota, in a quest to see and videotape the great America buffalo herds ranging freely. All of this was for a future DVD to compliment my book “Grandfather Buffalo” and to begin a journal that could guide me in the writing of a book I have in mind.

Needless to say, we had many adventures during our recent western explorations that will find their way into future books.
For now, I’ll say, we appreciate all the people who made the library tour portion of our trip possible. The Phoenix Zoo, Maricopa County Libraries, and the Arizona state library system.

                       Thank you all.
